Unofficial Pokémon TCG Event – Standard Format Rule Sheet

📝 1. General Information

• Organizer: Ghostly Getaway Games
• Format: Standard (using official Pokémon Play! TCG rules)
• Players: 32 MAX
• Rounds: 5 Swiss rounds + Top 4 cut (single elimination)

📦 2. Deck Rules

• Deck Size: 60 cards exactly
• Card Legality: Only cards legal in the Standard format at the time of the tournament
• Card Limits:
  • Maximum of 4 copies of a single card (excluding Basic Energy)
• Proxies: Not allowed
• Decklist Submission: Required before the start of Round 1
• Decklist Lock: No changes allowed after submission

⚔️ 3. Match Rules

• Swiss Rounds:
  • Best-of-One
  • 30 minutes per round
  • Match win = 3 points, Draw = 1 point, Loss = 0 points
• Top Cut (Top 4):
  • Best-of-Three
  • 50 minutes + 3 turns per match
  • Sudden death applies if needed
